Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Capy Slice (the “Service”), operated by Capy Slice (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to use real-money gaming services where you live. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may restrict or refuse access from any location at our discretion.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person. We may merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Practice play vs. real play

The Service offers a free practice mode that uses “Demo Coins.” Demo Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes, and are provided for entertainment and practice only. Real-money play uses your real balance and is subject to the deposit, withdrawal, and verification terms below.

4. Deposits

Deposits are processed by third-party payment providers. The cost of each round (and any applicable fee) is shown before you confirm it. Unfinished checkout sessions expire automatically and may be cancelled. We are not responsible for losses, delays, or fees caused by your payment provider, bank, or blockchain network.

5. Withdrawals & identity verification

  • Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal. You must complete verification by providing valid identity documents.
  • As an anti-fraud and anti-abuse measure, withdrawals become available only once your account balance reaches at least two (2) times your total deposits.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and, if approved, paid within 48 hours. We may request additional information, apply limits, or delay or refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, error, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct payout address and network. Funds sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered.

6. Fair play & prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • use bots, exploits, automation, or collusion;
  • use stolen payment methods or commit fraud or money laundering;
  • create multiple or fraudulent accounts, or abuse bonuses or promotions;
  • interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

Game odds depend only on the mode, board size, and risk level you choose, and are the same for all players. We may void rounds, reverse balances, withhold funds, and suspend accounts involved in prohibited conduct.

7. Responsible Play

Optional player-protection tools are available in your dashboard under Security → Responsible Play: a weekly deposit limit, session reminders, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent). Lowering a limit applies immediately; loosening one applies after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion cannot be shortened once set. If gambling stops being fun, seek help — organisations such as GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) and Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) offer free, confidential support.

8. Fees, cashback & taxes

Any fees are disclosed at the time of the relevant action. While the weekly cashback promotion is active, 5% of your net real-money losses for each Monday-to-Sunday week (UTC) is credited to your balance automatically the following Monday; credits are final and carry no wagering requirements. You are solely responsible for any taxes that apply to your winnings or activity.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected fraud or abuse, breach of these Terms, or legal/regulatory reasons. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

We may cancel an account, void rounds, reverse balances, withhold funds, refuse withdrawals, or close access where we believe any policy, rule, law, or these Terms have been broken. We do not guarantee that funds can be withdrawn in those cases. We are not required to provide a detailed explanation where doing so could compromise security, fraud prevention, compliance, or abuse investigations.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Gaming involves risk; you may lose money you deposit, and you play entirely at your own risk.

We do not guarantee any win, profit, payout, or uninterrupted access to funds. All deposits, balances, wallet addresses, payment networks, gameplay choices, and other account activity are your responsibility only.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, balances, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that location, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
